REGULATION #CONCURS
SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL
1.1. The organizer of the online contest Pick-up.ro #Concurs (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is Pick UP S.R.L. based in Târgu Mureș, str. 22 DECEMBRIE 1989, nr.158, registered with the Trade Register under no. J26/1925/2004, having the Unique Registration Code RO16941262, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”
1.2. The Contest will be held according to the provisions of this Official Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) on www.pickup.ro
The regulation is mandatory for all participants.
This Contest is held in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, as amended.
SECTION2. PERIOD AND AREA OF THE CONTEST
2.1. The contest will be launched and will take place between 21.06.2021 — 21.09.2021, 23:59, Romania time throughout Romania, in the virtual space corresponding to https://www.facebook.com/PickUp.ro, in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules, as well as the right to suspend and/or cease the conduct of the Contest, provided that the participants are notified in advance at least 12 hours before the date on which any modification/addition to the Rules will become applicable.
SECTION3. THE RIGHT TO PAR
3.1. Any natural person who has his permanent residence or residence in Romania and over 18 years of age has the right to participate in the Contest.
3.2. The employees of SC PICK UP S.R.L., the employees of the companies involved in the implementation of the Contest, as well as their first-degree relatives and their partners (spouse) are not entitled to participate in the Contest.
3.3. Participation in this Contest implies full, express and unequivocal knowledge and acceptance of these Rules.
3.4. The contest is held exclusively on the Internet, on https://www.facebook.com/PickUp.ro
SECTION 4. DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS
4.1. Persons entering the Contest under a false identity or equipped vehicles that are not their property are automatically disqualified.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the Competition or cancel the decision by which a participant is designated as a winner if he has not provided correct contact details, has registered using false data or attempts to influence the Competition by fraudulent means or does not comply the provisions of the Regulation.
4.3. Comments that contravene the terms and conditions of these rules, that are outside the subject of the contest or that you consider, unilaterally, to be illegal, incomplete, discriminatory, abusive, grammatically incorrect, inappropriate or harmful in any way, own image, partners or third parties, will not enter the contest.
SECTION 5. CONTEST ENTRY
5.1. Any legal and/or natural person, who posts on the Organizer's Facebook page, when posting about the COMPETITION, a picture of the car equipped with at least one accessory purchased from Pickup.ro.

5.2. The persons mentioned in point 5.1. benefit from a guaranteed discount of 5% on the next order placed on www.pickup.ro or by phone at the dep. for sales.
5.3. People who wish to register in the Competition can participate without paying any fee, during the period: 22.06.2022 - 31.07.2022 at 23:59, Romanian time.
5.2. To enter, participants must comply with the following:
a) To take note of the provisions of this regulation, available free of charge on the official website www.pickup.ro;
b) To meet the requirements for registration in the Competition. For this, participants must follow the steps below:
i. To own a vehicle equipped with at least one accessory from pickup.ro (from the LIST mentioned above - background check of the correctness of the data - purchased products)
ii. To post a picture of the car equipped with at least one accessory from Pickup.ro, to the CONTEST post on the https://www.facebook.com/PickUp.ro platform, between 22.06.2022 and 31.07.2022, time 23:59, Romanian time
iii. Each participant who complies with the regulation benefits from a 5% discount on the next order on www.pickup.ro, until the end of 2022. The discount is applied only once and can be combined with other existing promotions.
5.3. Anyone can participate in the contest several times, but only receive the 5% discount once.
SECTION 6. CONDUCT OF CONTEST, PRIZES AND AWARD OF PRIZES
6.1. PickUp.ro Romania reserves the right to disqualify the participant who shows inappropriate behavior, contrary to good morals or the law, during the Contest. Also, PickUp.ro reserves the right to disqualify the participant who violates the rules set out in point 5 above or who, through his conduct or due to the nature of the content published on social networks, violates the copyrights of other natural persons and/or legal.
6.2. If the winner has provided false identification data, he cannot be identified based on the data provided to PickUp.ro, he loses the right to claim the prize.
6.3. Contest participants will receive a 5% discount in the form of a unique code on the next order placed on www.pickup.ro. PickUp.ro will not award the winner the monetary value of the Prize.
6.4. In the event of the winner's refusal to benefit from the prize or in the case of the impossibility of validating it according to these Regulations, the winner will lose the right to award the prize. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right not to assign the winnings to him/
6.5 The winner of the Competition will not be able to claim another prize apart from the one provided in point 6.3.
6.6. Any possible appeal, including regarding the method of validating and awarding the prize, can be formulated in writing by the participant and submitted in person or sent by post, within a maximum of 5 days from the end of the Contest, to SC PICK UP S.R.L. with headquarters in Budiu Mic Village, Craciunesti Commune 547176, Mures County, registered at the Trade Register under no. J26/1925/2004, having the Unique Registration Code RO16941262. The appeal will be resolved within a maximum of 20 working days from receipt. If the appellant is dissatisfied with the decision, an attempt will be made to resolve the appeal amicably, and if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
SECTION 7. VACATION OF JURISDICTION
7.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest due to unforeseen situations without prior notice.
7.2. Any premature cancellation of the winners does not entail any rights for the participants.
7.3. In case of cancellation of judging, appropriate notifications will be posted in the "PICK-UP.RO" Official Facebook Page, POSTS section.
7.4. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any participants who enter the Contest using fake or multiple Facebook accounts.
SECTION 8. FEES
8.1. Contest participants are not charged any direct or indirect expenses.
SECTION 9. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
9.1. The organizer will not be liable for any damages suffered by the winner, regardless of their nature, after the prize has been handed over.
9.2. The organizer is not responsible if the winner is unable to collect the prize, in which case the prize will be awarded to the designated reserve person according to these regulations.
SECTION 10. DATA PRIVACY
10.1. By communicating personal data in the ways expressly indicated by the Regulation, the participants of this Contest express their express and unequivocal consent, that their personal data enter the Organizer's database in order to carry out the deliberation, validation, awarding of the prize, for the fulfillment of the fiscal obligations of promotion organizers.
SECTION 11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1. For the purposes of these Regulations, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer, including the inability of the Organizer for reasons beyond its control, and the occurrence of which renders the latter unable to fulfill its obligations assumed by the Regulation.
11.2. If a situation of force majeure prevents or delays in whole or in part the execution of the Regulation and the continuation of the Competition, the Organizer will be exempted from the responsibility regarding the fulfillment of its obligations for the period in which this fulfillment will be prevented or delayed, according to art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
11.3. If force majeure is invoked, the Organizer is obliged to notify the Contest participants of the situation within 5 working days of its occurrence.
SECTION 12. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
12.1 By entering this Competition, participants agree to respect and comply with all the provisions, terms and conditions of these Regulations.
12.2 The Contest Regulations will be available free of charge to any applicant at the link mentioned in the post announcing the launch of the Contest, as well as on the organizer's official website, www.pickup.ro
