Choosing the desired product
To choose the desired product, either use the search bar where you type the product name, or select from the menu bar — MODEL AUTO car model and then the product category/product you want.
If you have decided on the product/products you want to buy on www.pickup.ro, the following steps are very simple.
If you already have an account on www.pickup.ro, just log in to your customer account.
If you do not have an account on www.pickup.ro, click in the lower left corner on “Don't have an account? Create one here”
Then fill in your email address and choose a password to remember (Don't worry, if you forget your password, you can always recover it using the option “Forgot your password”.
Once you have chosen the desired product, press the “Add to cart” button
Once you have added the product, you can either choose to complete the order or continue shopping. If there are other products that you want to purchase, opt for “Continue Shopping”, and repeat this process until you add all the desired products to your cart. Then press “Finish Order”.
Here you can change the quantity of the products (by entering the desired number in the box, or by pressing the +/ - button, or delete a product from the shopping cart. In case you have not omitted any other product, press “Finish order” again.
Fill out the form with your data All boxes that did NOT pass next to them (Optional), are mandatory, otherwise you will not be able to proceed to the next step.
If the billing data is the same as the delivery address, check the box “Use this address for billing as well” Picture 5p Otherwise, do not check this box and fill in the desired billing address.
Proceed to the next step — DELIVERY METHOD. Based on the delivery address, the amount related to the transport will be calculated, which will be communicated by phone, after completing the order.
Press the CONTINUE button to get to the next step — PAYMENT METHOD Check the desired payment method, of the 3 options shown.
You have 3 options through which you can make the payment:
- Payment by bank transfer
- The products are paid in cash to the delivery courier, together with the delivery fees included in the invoice value
- Card payment via EuPlatesc You will be redirected to the payment processor EuPlatesc, where you must fill in the form with the data on the card with which you make the payment

You can pay for the ordered products in installments (from 2 to 6) without interest, depending on your credit card. See below the list with the standard number of installments for each bank:
In order to proceed to the last step before completing the order, it is necessary to check the box on accepting the Terms and Conditions.
